Part 1: Text Messaging Programs

Program A: Harmony Roots Wellness Appointment and Service Messages

• Description: Appointment confirmations, reminders, and clinic updates about your care.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 8+ messages per month depending on appointment frequency. 
• How to opt in: Check the appointments box on our forms, or text REMINDER to 970-716-4220
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message from this program. 
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at 970-716-4220 or office@harmonyrootswellness.org.

Program B: Harmony Roots Wellness Event and Promotional Messages

• Description: Announcements about clinic events, group sessions, and services. Some services have a fee. Pricing and details are included in each message or on our website.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 5 messages per month.
• How to opt in: Check the events and offers box on our forms, or text EVENTS to 970-716-4220. Agreeing is not required to receive care or purchase services.
• Opt out: Reply OUT to any message from this program. 
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at 970-716-4220 or office@harmonyrootswellness.org.

• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

• Not secure: Text messages are not fully secure. Do not reply with health details.
• Not for emergencies: Text messages are not monitored at all times. For a medical emergency, call 911.
• Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Part 2: Email Communications

We send appointment emails about your care and marketing emails about events and services. Marketing emails are clearly identified as promotional. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email, and we will honor your request within 10 business days.
