WHNP-BC, APN-RXN, MSN
Treanna Anastasia is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who has worked in women’s health for over a decade as a doula, montrice, birth assistant, nurse, and now a practitioner. She was born and raised in Larimer County and while care is more accessible in many ways here, there are still some glaring gaps that she wants to address firsthand. Treanna identifies as queer and has first-hand knowledge as well on the gaps this unique community faces. Treanna is excited to take this step and build up the community in Larimer County. When she is not busy launching a new venture, she enjoys getting outdoors, playing some volleyball or kickball with the family and enjoying her wife and children.
Chairperson
Monica Weber brings strong business planning, initiation and growth history to the table. She has been a birth/postpartum doula and midwife assistant for over a decade while proudly serving a wide diversity of clients from all walks of life. After moving to CO in 2019 her priorities have focused around supporting the growth of birth workers, acting as a professional nanny and supporting those wishing to explore medical cannabis as a Ganjier in training and cannabis consultant. She is excited to support the community as a chairperson for Harmony Roots and looks forward to supporting a safe and inclusive community offering.
Treasurer
Jodia Peters is a certified practicing midwife bringing a different medical perspective to women’s healthcare. She has been in Women’s Healthcare for over a decade and loves serving this community through her birthwork and as a board member for Harmony Roots.
Secretary
Stephanie Kliewer is a mom to a special needs child and has been navigating US healthcare for over a decade as a mom and now, more recently, as a nurse herself.

Harmony Roots accepts Colorado Medicaid clients and has a sliding scale (honor and needs based) system with the recommended payscale for everyone else posted below. Most often, insurance will cover the bill for labs and prescriptions, as outlined in your out-of-network plan. I am also able to provide superbills at time of service. For those that are uninsured or underinsured and seeking care, there are occasionally scholarships available from our generous patient donors for gender affirming care, sexual health, and gynecology visits so please never hesitate to reach out for care when you are in need.
